Warranty
Under the terms of the warranty provided by Jym, any Jym™ product purchased, unless otherwise stated is covered by a One (1) Year warranty.
If your product is faulty or does not work as intended please complete the online form below with details of the claim. You will then receive confirmation via email relating to this claim.
If advised to do so the product must be (at your expense) returned to "Jym, 1/149 Great Western Highway, Kingswood NSW AUSTRALIA 2747". Any products returned should be sent via a recorded delivery service so as to ensure its safe arrival. Jym will not be liable for any packages which are lost in transit to them.
Once received your product will be inspected and either repaired or replaced at the companies discretion. Once the warranty process is complete the product will be returned to you via a regular postal service.
