Five easy modes to motivate, record
and monitor your progress
Jym has five easy modes for you to help track your progress with Present Force, Grip Count,
Accumulated Force, Timer and Hold. In each of the modes you set your targets and when it’s
reached Jym will beep or the screen will flash.
So whether you pick up your Jym and exercise without the modes or use it like your own
personal
trainer, it’s completely up to you.
