Personal trainers now performing muscle tests
Personal Trainers have come a long way since the days of the old retired army drill sergeant pushing you through till you couldn’t run no more. Now it made up of highly qualified individuals who live and breathe healthy lifestyles and only wished all their clients where the same.
You may or may not have visited a Personal Trainer before in your quest for better fitness. If you have you may have noticed that one of the hardest things for them is that they know they can’t judge a book by its cover and you never can tell how fit or in most cases how unfit a person might be. In the past there have been many products on the market which could help but are either too expensive or complicated to use so Personal Trainers are now starting to use other means to asses a person’s ability.
A new product has taken away a lot of the guess work for Personal Trainers and their clients. It is called Jym and has been designed as a portable, whole body muscle testing device. There has never been a product so versatile and affordable that Personal Trainers and Gyms alike will be crazy not to have one. Jym allows Personal Trainers to track client’s progress and gives them the ability to design suitable workouts and compare results against normative data for age and gender.
Personal trainers have never had so much control over their client’s workouts and improvement, having the ability to monitor their progress with just a few simple strength tests. Trainers can log their clients’ details either on paper or online where it is recorded and their progress is placed onto a graph giving their clients the motivation they need to continue their appointments and keep exercising.
And the question that everyone wants to know is “how strong are you??”
